Updates to legislation for winding systems (person riding hoists)

We are holding an information session on the changes to legislation and general requirements for winding systems (person riding hoists) used in small gemstone mines.

Inspectors from the mechanical and electrical engineering teams will be in attendance at the meeting in Lightning Ridge to provide guidance and discuss any technical issues participants may have.

Meeting attendees are encouraged to discuss key learnings from their experiences and participate in constructive technical discussion.

This event will be compliant with NSW Government Public Health Orders.
