Fatality at quarry - worker being struck by light vehicle

The NSW Resources Regulator has released information about a fatality that occurred on 24 May 2021 at a quarry near West Wyalong in NSW. The fatality occurred when a worker was struck by a light vehicle. Read the Investigation Information Release (PDF, 278.78 KB).
