New notice for the provision of mine survey plans

A new notice for the provision of mine survey plans to the Regulator (PDF, 164.41 KB) [PDF, 160.17 KB] has been published in the NSW Government Gazette to provide clarification about when mine operators are required to submit their plans.

The new notice includes a reference to reporting periods for the submission of mine survey plans under the previous 2017 submission order, which will help clarify the new submission deadlines for existing mine operators and mining surveyors.

Video guidance is now available on the Resources Regulator’s website to help operators understand the new submission requirements via the Regulator Portal.

Visit the Regulator's Survey plans webpage for further information and a fact sheet (PDF, 236.93 KB) with updates regarding spatial theme requirements for emplacement areas, emplacement contours and declared dams.
