Final report - Centennial Mandalong Mine workers injuries

The NSW Resources Regulator has issues a final report following the injury of 2 workers at Centennial Mandalong Mine.

The incident occurred on 17 May 2022 when 2 workers were seriously injured while installing service pipes.

The Regulator responded to the incident to determine the cause and circumstances.

The Regulator has provided a series of recommendations.
