New Mining Act forms now online

There has been some notable additions and enhancements to the Regulator Portal, with the following forms now available:

Rehabilitation Completion / Annual Report (REH) form

Exploration users can now:

  • lodge Rehabilitation Completion applications with or without an accompanying rehabilitation cost estimate
  • submit your annual Environmental and Rehabilitation Compliance Report, separately or as part of a Rehabilitation Completion application
  • lodge no surface disturbance Rehabilitation Completion applications for dead titles.

Rehabilitation Cost Estimate (RCE) submission form

Users can now submit an RCE on its own (i.e. not being part of an APO or REH application).

Non-compliance report form

Users can now self-report non-compliances as required by IMER titles.

APO (Application for Assessable Prospecting Operations)

Following your feedback, the form has been enhanced to include the ability to email yourself a draft version of the application for your internal review processes prior to submitting the form.

Following your feedback, the form has been enhanced to include the ability to email yourself a draft version of the application for your internal review processes prior to submitting the form.
